For an early registration a special hotel rate is negotiated by the organizers with:

1.  Hotel Holiday  (approx. 1200m distance from the venue)- see : https://www.hoteleuropegroup.ba/ba/holiday  (for registration until May 12th 2022) , single room BB at the cost of 48 EUR per single room and 57 EUR per two persons in the double room BB, for 30 rooms in total.

2. Hotel Europe Sarajevo, see www.hoteleurope.ba/  (in the heart of the city, approx. 300m distance from the venue)  (for registration until until May 12th 2020), single room at the cost of 70 EUR per single room and 84 EUR per two persons in the double room BB, for 40 rooms in total.

3. University accommodation – see www.sarajevo.travel/en/where-to-stay/hostel-bjelave/602 (approx. 1100m from the venue) – BB in double room at the cost of 11 EUR per day, HB in double room at the cost of 14 EUR per day.

If you sign up for early registration at one of these hotels: After the early registration deadline, the organizer will send you an email with a registration form for that hotel. You need to fill in the form (which will require your credit card information) and email the completed form to the indicated hotel email address within one week, in order to guarantee the negotiated rate. (As is standard practice, the hotel will charge your credit card for one night if you do not show up.)
